This pairing of townhomes was designed from a
southwestern state of mind with an open feeling
reminiscent of Sante Fe's arid aesthetic. The modernist-meets-historian feeling is captured in the custom iron work and organic color story. The second floor, with ceilings soaring, features a breathtaking catwalk that overlooks the urban living area including a site-specific fireplace, leading to the kitchen where the bar-island begs entertaining. Houston's Montrose district is home to these two (informally known as Skyline). Award-winning designer Kristin Moses, of Deuce Creative, served as interior designer and exterior consultant for this Drake flagship development.
